Convert Rmj To Wma

Convert RMJ to WMA

A file that has the "RMJ" extension is a Real Audio Media file that is designed specifically to be used with the Real Player audio playback software. If you want to play an RMJ music file on an incompatible music player, you need to convert the original file to another format such as the Windows Media Audio (WMA) extension. You can quickly and easily convert an RMJ file to the WMA format by using any of the RMJ audio conversion programs that can be downloaded from the Internet.

Instructions

1. Navigate to a website that offers an RMJ conversion utility such as Akram Audio Converter or Mini Stream Ripper (see Resources). Download the program's installation file. Open the file and follow the instructions on the installation wizard. Open the conversion program after the installation process has finished.

2. Click on the "Real Audio Converter" button at the top of the window. Wait for a new menu to appear and then click on the "Add Files" button at the top left side of the screen. Scroll through the audio files stored on your computer and locate the specific RMJ file that you want to convert to the WMA format. Click on the RMJ file and then click on the "Open" button. Click on the "Add Folder" button instead of the "Add File" button if you have an entire folder full of RMJ files that you want to convert at the same time.

3. Click on the "Selected Folder" button underneath the "Destination Directory" heading. Find the folder on your computer's hard drive where you want the converted WMA file to be created. Click on the folder and then click on "OK." Click on the "As Original File" button instead of the "Selected Folder" button if you want the original RMJ file to be replaced with the new WMA file.

4. Click on the "WMA" radio button underneath the "Output File Options" heading to specify that you want the RMJ file to be converted to the WMA format. Click on the "Edit Audio Information" button and then type in the title and artist information if you need to change anything from the original file. Click on "OK."

5. Click on the "Convert" button at the bottom of the window once you have changed all the settings. Click on "OK" when a new window pops up to tell you the RMJ file has been successfully to the WMA audio format.
