You'll need to use the included USB adapter to sync your Zen.
The Zen is an MP3 player manufactured by the Creative corporation that is similar in size and appearance to many other MP3 players on the market. And like any other MP3 player, you can use the included adapter to connect to your computer and sync the device with your computer's media player. Because these products are designed for mass use they are very user-friendly, and thus the process of syncing it to your computer is fairly straightforward.
Instructions
1. Install the sync software that came with your Zen on your computer if you have not done so already. To do this, simply insert the installer disc in your computer's disc drive and follow the prompts on screen to quickly install.
2. Take the USB end of the included adapter cable and plug it into an available USB port in your computer. Consult your user guide if you have problems finding the USB ports on your computer.
3. Plug the remaining end of the cable into the port in the bottom of your Creative Zen.
4. Open the media player on your computer by clicking its icon on the desktop and wait for the main menu screen to appear. A text box will appear informing you that the external device is detected and your computer and Zen will automatically sync.
