Download Tunes For An Ipod device Nano Without Itunes

Add music to your iPod Nano without iTunes.

While transferring songs from your computer to your iPod Nano normally requires synchronization through the default iTunes program, you can also sync media to your iPod Nano with the help of third-party applications. These music transferring-programs usually provide two-way transferring of information, but lack the ability to update your iPod Nano's firmware or restore your iPod Nano to its factory settings in case of hard disk failure. To prevent data loss, be sure to backup your iPod Nano's information frequently.

Instructions

1. Use 4Media iPod to Mac Transfer. As a PC and Macintosh compatible program, 4Media iPod to Mac (and PC) Transfer enables you to copy songs from your computer to your iPod Nano and back. The program also allows you to manage several iPods using the same program, as well as transferring between iPod devices. The program also supports transferring photos, videos and audiobooks, and allows you to enable disk use on your iPod Nano.

2. Use CopyTrans Manager. CopyTrans Manager is only compatible on a Windows PC, but it provides two-way transferring of information for free, thus eliminating the need to use iTunes. The program doubles as a music jukebox by providing music and video playback through the program, and enables iPod to iPod song transferring.

3. Use ImTOO iPod Computer Transfer. This shareware program is compatible for both Macintosh and PCs, and enables song transferring between your computer and your iPod Nano and supports the latest software updates. Similar to the previous programs, iPod Computer Transfer provides hard disk enabling and iPod to iPod media transfers.
