The Halfway Cafe
The Halfway Cafe offers a relaxed, neighborhood environment where kids up to age 12 can eat for free. The kids-eat-free deal is available with the purchase of an adult entree on Mondays and Tuesdays after 4 p.m. Families can enjoy the free jukebox, trivia night, "fun day" with Wii and beanbag games on the patio. On certainly days, half-priced and free food are offered. The Halfway Cafe boasts seven locations in Massachusetts.

Captain Marden's Seafood in Wellesley opened in 1945 with a mission to "offer the very best seafood in town." Today, the restaurant remains a family-owned establishment with a focus on fresh New England seafood. The light and bright interior offers table or counter seating, nautical artwork and decor. For lunch and dinner on Tuesdays, kids 12 and under can eat for free. Kids can choose from chicken fingers, American grilled cheese sandwich, grilled beef frank on a roll and fresh fried Pollock. Captain Marden's Seafood serves breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday and brunch only on Sundays, as of 2010. High chairs and booster seats are available.
