Make Use Of An Ipod device With Eon Loudspeakers For Any Party

Connect an iPod to a surround sound system.

EON speakers are large, stand alone speakers used with a stereo or surround sound system to improve the sound quality and volume of your music. If you are throwing a party, you may want a large library of songs that the connected surround sound CD player doesn't have. Instantly add your full music collection to the EON-based speaker system with your Apple iPod.

Instructions

1. Insert the 3.5mm end of the 3.5mm-to-RCA cable splitter into the headphone jack at the top of the Apple iPod (it is on the bottom if using the iPod Nano).

2. Connect the RCA audio cables into one of the "Audio In" ports on the rear of the surround sound or stereo speaker system. Take note of the number next to the connection port. You need this when adjusting the stereo's settings.

3. Power on the Apple iPod and the EON speaker's receiver. Select the same numbered input for the receiver that your iPod is currently connected to.

4. Turn up the volume on the iPod to full, then press "Play." The audio plays through the EON speakers. Adjust the volume on the speakers with the audio control of the speaker's receiver.
