Blockland is an online multiplayer game for the PC that allows you to build whatever you want with virtual bricks. The program is free to try out in demo form, but costs $20 for the full version. If you want to add your own background music to Blockland, you'll need to edit a music file first so that it's the right format and size.
Instructions
1. Download and install Blockland if you haven't already.
2. Download and install a sound editing software program like Audacity.
3. Click "File," and select "Open" in Audacity. Double-click the music file you want. A timeline of the music appears below. Highlight any section of the song beyond 30 seconds and press "Delete" on your keyboard since any music file for Blockland music can't run longer than 30 seconds.
4. Click on the black arrow in the upper left corner of the screen. Select "Split Audio Track." There will be two black arrows now. Click on both of them, one at a time, and select "Mono." Blockland music should be saved in mono format.
5. Click "File" and select "Export as Ogg Vorbis" to choose the proper Blockland format. Name the file and click "Save." Click "Start" in Windows and select "My Computer." Open the "Blockland/add-ons/music" folder.
6. Click and drag the file you made into that Blockland folder. Open Blockland. Click "Start Game," then "Music Files." Check the song you made in the new box that opens and click "Done." Your music has now been added to the game.
