The AJ300D is a model of iPod docking station created by Philips. When an iPod is connected to the dock, the music can be played through the docking station's speakers. In order to hear the music through the speakers, however, you must first properly set up the device and sync it with your iPod.
Instructions
1. Connect the AJ300D's AC adapter to the back of the unit and a grounded wall outlet.
2. Press the power button on the top left side of the unit to turn it on.
3. Press the "Dock" button on the left side of the docking station to switch to dock mode.
4. Insert the appropriate dock connector into the dock of the docking station. The type of connector will depend on the model of iPod you intend to connect to the station. Be sure the connector snaps into place securely.
5. Connect the port on the bottom of your iPod to the dock on the front of the docking station. Your iPod will play automatically. Use the controls on the front of the docking station to control your iPod or use the included remote control.
