Connect Wall Loudspeakers Straight To An Ipod device

An iPod is a personal device for storing and listening to music, but you can share your music with friends and family for parties or other get-togethers with a set of speakers. The headphone jack on an iPod can connect directly to wall speakers if you have the right cable. However, you have to find out what kind of connection the wall speakers have. Also, make sure the speakers have a power source other than the iPod, or it will not work.

Instructions

1. Check the speakers for what kind of cable you need to connect them to the iPod. Most speakers need RCA cables. Purchase the correct cable with a mini-stereo for the iPod on one side, such as a mini-stereo to RCA adapter cable.

2. Plug the RCA cables into the wall speakers' RCA plugs. They are color coded.

3. Plug the iPod into the mini-stereo side of the cable.

4. Turn on your iPod, and select a song. Click the "Play" button.
