Download Livewire Mp3 Tunes To A Music Player

Download songs that you got from Livewire to your MP3 player in just a few steps.

You can transfer MP3 files that you downloaded from the Livewire website to a portable media device such as an MP3 player to take your computer's media files with you on the go. Transferring content from your computer to an MP3 player is a simple procedure you can accomplish via the drag-and-drop method or through your preferred jukebox program.

Instructions

Drag and Drop

1. Connect your MP3 player to your computer's USB port with the USB cord that came with your MP3 device. Your computer will recognize the player as "External Drive F" or a "Removable Media" drive, and a new icon will appear on your desktop labeled accordingly. Double-click on the removable media icon and then double-click on the "Music" folder within it. Minimize this window.

2. Open a new Explorer or Finder window on your desktop and locate the music folder to which you download your Livewire MP3 files.

3. Maximize the folder window for the removable media drive (your MP3 player) and position it next to your Livewire MP3 folder.

4. Drag the files from the your Livewire MP3 folder into the removable media drive's "Music" folder window by clicking on the song titles, holding your left mouse button, dragging the files into the window and releasing the mouse button.

Jukebox Program

5. Open your computer's jukebox software.

6. Open a new Explorer or Finder window on your desktop and locate the music folder to which you download your Livewire MP3 files.

7. Drag the Livewire MP3 files from the folder into your jukebox program's Library by clicking on the song titles, holding your left mouse button, dragging the files into the program window and releasing the mouse button.

8. Connect your MP3 player to your computer with the USB cord. If the jukebox program asks you to register your player now, later or never, choose one of the latter two options to expedite MP3 transferal. The program will then give the option to sync (download) your computer's audio library with your MP3 device so that the music content on the computer and the player is identical.

9. Click "Sync" to download your computer's audio library, which contains your Livewire MP3 songs, to your MP3 player. If you would prefer to do this manually, drag the song files that you got from Livewire MP3 that are now located in your jukebox program's library on to the icon for your MP3 player.
