An assistant bar manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a bar or tavern.

It is important not to run out of products that customers wish to purchase. By properly managing the inventory, the assistant manager helps the business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Money Management Responsibilities
An assistant bar manager and other members of management set the budgets and goals for the establishment. Once management approves the budget, it is up to the assistant bar manager to insure that the bar does not go over budget.
