The Samsung Juke is a cell phone with amazing MP3 playing capabilities. One half phone and one half MP3 player, it combines the two so you can pare down the electronic devices you bring with you. Because the Samsung Juke has so much memory and can do so many things, you may occasionally find that it can have some technical difficulties, most of which are fixed fairly easily at home. In the rare case that your Samsung Juke is broken beyond an at-home repair, you can always take it in for service. Here is fix a Samsung Juke.
Instructions
1. Turn your Samsung Juke on. If you find that it powers down intermittently, even when it shows full battery power, it is most likely due to a loose battery. Remove the back of the phone and take the battery out. Leave it out for 30 seconds, and then replace and power up.
2. If you find that you have gotten your Samsung Juke wet, and it is affecting its performance, remove the battery immediately. Place the battery and the phone, unassembled, under a desk lamp for 24 hours, and then reassemble and turn on.
3. Connect your Samsung Juke to your computer with the included USB cord. If you find that the Sync software does not immediately start, click on "My Computer" and find the drive that the phone is installed in. Open the drive and you can successfully drag and drop your MP3 files into the drive, bypassing the Sync software altogether.
4. If you have any of the listed cosmetic problems: broken or cracked LCD screen, bleeding LCD screen or an LCD screen that won't light up, you should send your Samsung Juke in for service. You can request service by going to Samsung's Service Department website (see resources.)
