Itunes Music To Some Philips Gogear Music Player

Much like the Apple iPod synchronizes with an iTunes music library, Philips designed their GoGear MP3 players to synchronize with the music in your Windows Media Player library. To copy iTunes music onto a GoGear player, you must locate your iTunes music and import it into the Window Media library. Once your music is listed in Windows Media Player, you can click and drag songs to your GoGear player.

Instructions

1. Run the iTunes music application.

2. Click "Edit" in the menu bar, and then click the "Preferences" link.

3. Click the "Advanced" tab. The folder that contains your iTunes media is displayed at the top of the window.

4. Run the Windows Media Player application.

5. Click the "Library" tab, and then click "Add to Library" in the drop-down menu.

6. Click the "Add" button and navigate to the folder that contains your iTunes music.

7. Click "OK" to import your iTunes music files to your Windows Media Player library.

8. Connect the GoGear MP3 player to your computer via the included USB data cable.

9. Click the "Sync" tab in Windows Media Player.

10. Click and drag the transferred iTunes music files from the library panel on the left side of the window to the "Sync List" on the right side of the window.

11. Click the "Start Sync" button to copy the selected music files to the GoGear MP3 player.
