Convert Swf Files Into Tunes

MP3 files can be burned to disk easily.

Used especially with Macromedia and Flash players, SWF files are among the many dozens of not-often-used file types found on the Internet. Compatible with some media players and uploaders, they are not nearly as accessible as the similar MP3 format. You can convert the SWF files into MP3 format using the iTunes program, which can be downloaded for free online, or a file converter website, which can also be used for free.

Instructions

Zamzar

1. Open your Internet browser and navigate to Zamzar, a free file converting website.

2. Select "Browse" on the homepage of the website and select the SWF file from your computer in the pop-up menu.

3. Enter "MP3" into the conversion type options and enter your email address that you would like the file sent to.

4. Click "Convert" to have the file converted and sent to the email address that you entered.

iTunes

5. Open the iTunes program on your computer and drag and drop your SWF file onto your library page.

6. Navigate through "Edit," "Preferences," "Import Settings" and click the "Import Using" drop-down menu.

7. Click "MP3 Encoder" and select "OK."

8. Right-click on the SWF file in your iTunes and click "Create MP3 Version" in the pop-up menu.
