Download songs from your Philips MP3 player.
Philips MP3 players are dynamic audio devices whose contents can be accessed in a similar way to that of external hard drives. While music is usually transferred to the player, downloading music from the player can also be necessary if, for example, you put music on the device using a friend's computer and wish to add it to your computer's MP3 library. Instructions
1. Connect your Philips MP3 player to your computer using the USB cable. Your computer will recognize your MP3 player as "External Drive F:" or "Removable Media".
2. Double-click on the "External Drive F:" or "Removable Media" drive icon on your computer's desktop. Your MP3 player's drive should contain a "Media" or "Music" folder. Double-click on it to display its contents.
3. Drag the songs that you wish to download from the MP3 player's "Music" folder to your computer's desktop. When the files are finished copying, you have successfully downloads songs from the Philips MP3 player.
