Entertain your recipient with background music in your messages.
Adding background music to email messages is a sure way to impress friends and family. With Outlook Express, this is very easy to do even without knowledge of HTML. Not only can you insert music in a message, you can also save the template for future use as an email stationery. Choose from a variety of sound formats including mid, wav, snd and wma. Try it next time you send an email greeting for a special occasion.
Instructions "Apply Stationery." Select the stationery you want to use.
3. Click on "Format" again. Choose "Background" > "Sound."
4. Browse to select the music file you want to embed in the stationery. Specify how many times you would like the music to play. You can set it to play perpetually by choosing "Continuously."
5. Click "OK."
6. Choose "File" > "Save as Stationery." Enter a unique name to save as a new stationary, or overwrite an existing one.
7. Click "Save" when you are done.
