You can configure your iPhone to sync music from multiple computers.
The Apple iPhone is designed to synchronize music, apps and data with a single Mac or PC computer through iTunes. However, if you keep different songs and albums on separate machines, you may find the need to put music on the iPhone from multiple computers. To do this, you must enable manual music management on your iPhone so that the device will accept music files from other computers.
Instructions
1. Connect your iPhone to your primary Mac or PC computer using an iPhone USB cable.
2. Launch the iTunes application.
3. Highlight the iPhone's name on the left side of the iTunes window to view the iPod configuration page.
4. Go to the tab labeled "Summary."
5. Place a check mark in the box next to "Manually manage music and videos."
6. Press the "Apply" button to save the settings.
7. Eject the iPhone from the primary computer and connect it to the other Mac or PC machine.
8. Launch iTunes on the secondary computer.
9. Drag and drop songs and albums into the iPhone tab on the left side of the window to put them on the device.
