Convert Pvc To Wav

WAV files can easily be burned to compact disc.

Dozens of audio and video file types populate the Internet and the world of computers, so it can be difficult to know which file extension is best for you or your programs. One file type, the PVC extension, is an audio file made by Panasonic voice-editing software. Such files are not always as compatible with discs and downloads as other formats. You can convert your PVC files to the more-accessible WAV format in just minutes from your computer.

Instructions

Using Music Match Jukebox

1. Download and install Music Match Jukebox from the program's website. Launch the program on your desktop.

2. Select "Options," "File" and then "Convert" in the program's drop-down menu.

3. Select the folder in the "Source Directory" menu where your PVC file is stored and click on the song.

4. Select a folder in the "Destination Directory" window where you would like to send your converted file when you are done.

5. Select "PVC" in the "Source Data Type" drop-down menu.

6. Select "WAV" in the "Destination Data Type" drop-down and click "Start." A new WAV version of your file will be sent to the folder you selected in Step 4.

Using iTunes

7. Download and install iTunes on your computer from the program's website. Launch the player on your desktop.

8. Drag and drop your PVC file from your computer's library onto your iTunes library page.

9. Select "Edit," "Preferences" and then "Import Settings" from the upper iTunes menu.

10. Select "Import Using: WAV Encoder" in the "Import Settings" menu and click "OK."

11. Right-click on the PVC file in your library and select "Create WAV Version" in the pop-up menu. This will create a new WAV format file in your library directly below the original.
