Sync To Mp4

Sync to your MP4 player.

Fortunately, since all Windows programs come with the standard audio player Windows Media Player, you can manually or automatically sync your songs and videos to your MP4 player using the latest version of WMP. It is important that you upgrade to the latest software before you sync your media, since older versions of Windows Media Player are not able to perform this function. Before you begin, make sure you have enough room on your MP4 player to store the desired media, and that the device is properly formatted.

Instructions

1. Download and install the most updated version of Windows Media Player from Microsoft. Agree to the licensing terms and run the program.

2. Navigate to your videos in the Windows Media Library.

If your videos are not already in the library, add them by clicking the "Organize" button in the player library. Select "Music" or "Videos" from the "Manage Libraries" sub-menu and click "Add." Find the folder in the list containing your video and open them in Windows Media Player.

3. Set up your device to sync with Windows Media Player by turning on your device and plugging it into your computer's USB port.

If your entire library can fit on your device--and your device's storage capacity is more than 4 GBs--Windows Media Player will automatically sync your all files to your player. If the program decides to sync your device manually, click "Finish."

4. Sync your device manually by navigating to WMP's main library screen and hitting the "Sync" tab. Drag your files from the library to the "List Panel" on the left-side of your screen.

5. Verify that the media you want transferred to your MP4 player is in the list panel. Remove unwanted items by right-clicking their icons and selecting "Remove From List."

Click "Start Sync" to begin copying your files to your MP4 player.
