Transfer songs from your iPod to your hard drive.

To recover your music library after data loss on your computer, you can use a third-party music backup program that copies your iPod's content to your computer while maintaining your song's settings, such as play count and ratings. iPod backup programs can be downloaded from online software sites and used for a trial period before requiring purchase.
