USB cable used to connect to Motorola Phone Tools.

The Motorola Razr V3i is a popular cell phone. Introduced in 2001, the device features a variety of Motorola's top features and technologies, including Flash capabilities. While not prone to error, the Flash technology may crash or stop working on your phone. To correct this you can connect your cell phone to the Motorola Phone Tools program, which can be used to resynchronize your phone and return the device to its default settings.

Instructions

1. Download and install the Motorola Phone Tools program on your computer using the installation disc.

2. Connect your Razr to your computer using the Phone Tools USB cable and allow the program to launch automatically on your desktop.

3. Select "Synchronize" from the "Personal Data" menu.

4. Click "Modify the Synchronization Settings."

5. Click "General" and select "Default Settings." Click "OK."

6. Select "Start the Synchronization Wizard" and wait a few minutes as the Phone Tools restores your phone to its default settings, resetting and troubleshooting your Flash.
