Change Audio For An Mp3 File

MP3s are one of the most common audio files on the Internet for both PC and Mac users. Other common audio formats include OGG, WMA (PC specific), AIFF and WAV files. There are many free programs that can convert your audio or video files to MP3, including iTunes from Apple and All2MP3, a free, simple program that automatically converts common audio files to MP3s. Please note that converting high-quality audio files to MP3 can result in loss of quality due to their specific audio standards.

Instructions

ALL2MP3 Conversion

1. Download "All2MP3" and agree to the usage terms. Install and open the program.

2. Click on the "Add" button or drag and drop your files into the "All2MP3" window.

3. Choose your "Quality" settings using the bar in the lower right-hand corner.

Decide whether you want to trash your old files after conversion and click on the "Delete Converted Files" box on your left-hand side.

4. Click "All2MP3." Depending on your input file types and sizes, this may take several minutes.

iTunes Conversion

5. Download and install iTunes. Agree to the terms of use and open.

6. Click "File" and "Add File to Library..." at the top of your screen. Locate your audio file and open it in iTunes.
