Make Use Of A Real Rhapsody Player

Real Rhapsody Player

There are many different music players and Internet radio services to choose from. The Real Rhapsody Player is a multimedia Internet application. It will store your favorite music and videos online and allow you to manage and purchase new music and videos as well. There are also live streams. The Rhapsody Player is a very user-friendly format that you can use with minimal computer knowledge.

Instructions

1. Download the Real Rhapsody player by going to their website. You can use the link located within this article. The download can take up to one hour or more, so be prepared for a wait. You will also need to have enough Hard Drive space and RAM (memory) in your computer.

2. Install Rhapsody on your computer. You will receive a desktop icon as well as a start menu icon for your convenience. If you do not see these icons, then you have not installed completely.

3. Create an account for yourself if you did not have one already. If you did, sign in with your username and password. Even if you uninstalled software your account should still exist. When you create a new account, you can sign up for the free 14 day trial of Rhapsody plus. This allows you to listen to full length songs and download them to your device, as well as listen to multiple live streaming Internet stations. You can cancel without a fee any time during the trial, or keep the service.

4. Sign in with your user name and password so you can install your device (MP3 player or cell phone) on the Rhapsody Player system. It should recognize it in the left hand side of your screen. You will see it there.

5. Authorize your computer and the device(s) you wish to use. You can have up to four computers and three devices. There is a complete list of authorized and compatible devices listed in a link in this article, as they are always changing.

6. Drag and drop music or videos from Rhapsody to the right onto your device or onto a CD if you wish to burn a CD. Check the device or CD to ensure the music or video is stored properly and the CD plays. You can play the song as much as you wish if you purchased it or have an "unlimited" account through Rhapsody. If you do not, you can purchase the song for 99 cents. Or, if your device is not compatible with Rhapsody, you can still purchase downloads.

7. Check your account to make sure all billing and credit card information is correct, and choose and update your preferences. There are parental controls to filter out explicit content.
