Motorola Razr V3i Phone Specifications

This phone has a slim flip/clamshell design.


The Razr V3i is a flip-style cell phone made by Motorola that was distributed by AT&T, Celluar One, SumCom, and T-Mobile. As of December 2010, the phone is discontinued, but if unlocked can still be purchased and used with different cell phone carriers' SIM cards. The Razr V3i is not 3G-compatible, but has the following 2G networking capabilities: GSM 850, 900, 1800, and 1900.


Hardware


The Razr V3i features an internal antenna, microSD card slot, LCD display, speaker phone, and miniUSB port for data transfers between a computer and the phone. In addition, the V3i features a 1.3 megapixel camera that is also capable of recording 15 frames per second video. The phone comes standard with a 710 milliampere-hour lithium ion battery, which can maintain standby mode for a maximum of 300 hours, and talk for up to 6 hours.


Software


The phone is capable of running MIDP 2.0 Java applications, which include games, voice dial/memo, organizers, and mp3/mp4 players. The phone provides 12 megabytes of internal storage, which can be upgraded with the microSD card slot. For messaging, the phone supports instant messaging clients, email, text messaging/mms, and picture messages. The Internet browser on this phone is the Motorola Internet Browser 2.0, which is WAP 2.0/xHTML complaint, and can be used to download additional content. That content may come in the form of polyphonic ringtones, mp3 ringtones, graphics/personalization, and applications.


Dimensions


The display on the Razr V3i has a resolution of 176 by 220 pixels, which is capable of producing colors in 18 bit. The phone has a height of 3.86 inches, a width of 2.09 inches, and depth of .55 inches. The Razr V3i weighs 3.53 ounces.
